Refund Policy
Last updated: 30 July 2026. This Policy applies to paid Devopsworks educational enrollments confirmed in writing. Website pricing is informational; no checkout occurs on this site.
Eligibility
Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date and have not received Ledger Lab credentials. After credentials are issued, eligibility shifts to partial or discretionary review as described below.
Timeframe
Refund requests must be emailed to info@devopsworks.digital within 30 days of payment for unused seats, or within 7 days of cohort start for partial considerations. Late requests may be declined.
Full versus partial refunds
Full: cancellation ≥14 days before start, credentials unused, no custom case ingestion begun.
Partial (up to 50%): withdrawal within the first 7 days of an 8-week program when fewer than two graded submissions were made. Shorter briefings are generally non-partial after day one.
Non-refundable items
Third-party data-room fees, booked facilitator travel for private studios, completed one-off clinics, and downloadable alumni template packs marked final sale are non-refundable once delivered.
Refund process
Email your full name, invoice reference, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and issue a decision within 10 business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method unless that method is unavailable, in which case we arrange a bank transfer to a named account.
Processing time
Once approved, refunds typically post within 10–15 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellation by Devopsworks
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for that cohort. We are not responsible for personal travel booked independently.
Exceptions
Documented medical emergencies or mandatory military service may qualify for credit toward a future cohort even outside standard windows. Credits expire after 18 months. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in suspension of future enrollment.
